Important:
Heavy furniture pieces and baby carriages are only shipped within the EU.
Orders outside of the EU may incur additional costs due to import duties. This can also effect the delivery time, which we have no influence on.
These costs are not included in the final amount of the order and are due upon delivery by the supplier. We are not able to make an estimate of the amount of import duty and the costs are not carried by Small Heroes Kidsconceptstore.

Returns

The costs for the return are carried by the buyer. The customer is entitled to return the order within in 14 days after reception and may return the goods to the seller without given reason. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging - clothes and shoes must be unworn.  If possible we ask for the orders to be returned in its original packaging and with the original labels. (The order can also be exchanged directly in our shop)
